How do I cancel my order partially?

What happens if the order has to be cancelled?
The order can be cancelled before 12 noon on the previous day of delivery date. Cancellations will be charged at INR 100. If the order is cancelled after 12 noon, 50% refund will be given. If the order is cancelled on the same day of delivery, there will be no refund.
If an order is cancelled, when will the refund be issued?
We will raise refund request with the payment gateway. It may take upto 5-7 working days for the amount to be credited into your account.
What happens if some of the items in my order is not available?
We will inform you at the earliest and you may choose to cancel the order completely or go ahead with the items available. Refunds will be processed accordingly. In case a chef has to reject an order due to an unforeseen circumstance, 100% of the refund will be processed.
What if the food is damaged during delivery?
Please email us the picture of how you received the food at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will investigate.
